About the role
- Specifics will depend upon your exact level of experience, but you will have the opportunity to handle a diverse range of corporate transactions including sales, acquisitions, M&A, MBIs, MBOs, private equity, venture capital, and corporate finance projects for both UK and international clients.
- Engage in a mix of transactional work with significant responsibility, supporting clients through complex deals and strategic business moves.
- Collaborate with a supportive team in a friendly, fast-paced environment focused on delivering excellent service.
- Opportunity to get hands on with the clients, and also enagage in the further development of client relationships if that appeals to you.
The ideal candidate
- Possess around 2+ years PQE, with experience in corporate transactional work.
- Be confident working on high-quality, mid to higher market deals, with a strong commercial mindset.
- Have a proactive attitude, with a keen desire to develop and progress within a growing team.
- Be a team player who values support and continuous learning — opportunities for progression are plentiful and tailored to your ambitions.
