Corporate Lawyer | Manchester | International Law Firm | 2–8 PQE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Lawyer to join a highly regarded international law firm in Manchester. This role offers exposure to high-quality domestic and international corporate work across a broad range of sectors, including Education, working alongside a collaborative and market-leading team.
The successful candidate will advise on a variety of complex corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, collaborations and strategic transactions for a diverse client base ranging from institutions and investors to growing businesses and established organisations.
The Role
The successful Corporate Solicitor will:
- Advise on domestic and international M&A transactions
- Support on joint ventures, collaborations and strategic partnerships
- Work closely with a varied client base across multiple sectors
- Assist with corporate restructures, investments and strategic transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple UK and international offices
- Contribute to business development initiatives and networking activities
About You
To be considered for this Corporate Lawyer opportunity, you will ideally have:
- Between 2–8 years’ PQE within Corporate law
- Strong experience handling M&A and corporate transactions
- Excellent commercial awareness and technical ability
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers would be advantageous for senior applicants
