About the role
Within this Corporate Solicitor role, you will be joining a growing team to undertake a broad mix of work including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate finance
- Equity capital
- Private equity
- Joint ventures
- Corporate advisory work
You will be advising on clients ranging from start-ups through to substantial private companies and supporting senior members of staff when needed.

About You
- 4 years PQE within Corporate law
- Strong previous experience advising on corporate transactions
- Experience of private equity transactions is desirable but mot essential
- Collaborative team player
- Commercial mindset
