The Team
The Corporate team handles a varied and high-quality caseload across all aspects of Corporate law, including:
- Shareholder agreements
- Joint ventures
- Share sales
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Shareholder disputes
- MBOs
The Opportunity
This Corporate Solicitor role will involve supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex matters while also managing your own caseload under supervision. The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-quality work and have genuine opportunities for progression and involvement in wider business development initiatives.
The firm is seeking an ambitious and technically strong solicitor who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to further develop their career.
About You
Applications are welcomed from candidates who:
- Have between 1–4 years’ PQE within Corporate law however an exceptional NQ will also be considered who has ample experience in Corporate Law and has completed a seat in this area
- Have trained and gained experience within a well-regarded national or regional law firm
- Possess strong technical and client-handling skills
- Are confident assisting on complex disputes and managing smaller matters independently
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike
- Value high-quality work alongside a healthy work/life balance
