The role
You'll join an established Corporate team advising clients on a broad range of transactional matters, delivering commercially focused advice to businesses across a variety of sectors.
Your caseload will include mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
Alongside managing your own high-quality caseload, you'll work closely with senior colleagues on larger and more complex transactions while playing an active role in developing client relationships and helping to grow the Corporate practice.
