About the role
- Handling a varied caseload of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, mergers and joint ventures
- Drafting and negotiating a range of corporate agreements and legal documentation
- Advising clients on corporate governance, compliance and related matters
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with Partners and colleagues on a range of corporate matters
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the corporate team
The ideal candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 5–10 years' PQE
- Strong experience within corporate law and a solid transactional background
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong client care and communication abilities
- Commercially minded with good attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
- A proactive team player who is keen to develop their career
