The Role
Working closely with Partners and fellow colleagues, you’ll manage a varied caseload supporting a range of SME’s, building long-standing client relationships and helping businesses navigate their development. Additionally, you’ll work alongside colleagues in other departments including employment, real estate and commercial to deliver a full-service to all clients. 
Caseload can include:

  • Mergers, acquisitions & disposals, 
  • Asset, share sales and purchases, 
  • Restructures
  • Company corporate structures, 
  • Commercial contracts
  • Private equity investment & capital
  • Shareholder agreements, 
  • Drafting and advising on a variety of commercial contracts

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2 years+ PQE in Corporate law
  • Experience managing a corporate case load
  • Strong technical and commercial awareness
  • Excellent client care and relationship building skills
  • A proactive and adaptable approach  
  • Experience in business development and networking
