About the role
This role involves working on a variety of corporate transactions, including high-value deals such as acquisitions, disposals, and strategic growth projects. The successful candidate will be actively involved in complex negotiations and strategic corporate planning, supporting the firm's busy private equity work and national client base. Importantly, you woudl bridge a gap between the partners and more junior team members, and it therefore offers an outstanding opportunity for growth and career development.
The ideal candidate
- 3-6 years PQE within a corporate or commercial law environment
- Proven experience in transactional work, including M&A, buyouts, and private equity projects
- Strong legal knowledge, excellent client communication skills, and an adaptable, proactive approach
- Experience handling complex deal structures in a fast-paced setting
- Ideally, you will have experience of supporting more junior team members, but if not they are happy to support you in developing these skills
