About the Role
As a Corporate Lawyer in this dynamic team, you will support a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and strategic investments. Your responsibilities will involve drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting legal research, managing due diligence and corporate filings, and assisting with Board and shareholder documentation. You will work closely with senior lawyers, external advisers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant transaction processes.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified solicitor with some experience in corporate law (private practice, in-house or training)
- Strong drafting, analytical, and legal research skills
- Sound understanding of core corporate and commercial principles
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail - Clear and confident communicator, capable of working collaboratively and managing multiple priorities
- Commercially aware, pragmatic, and proactive in identifying legal and commercial risks
