The ideal candidate
They are looking for a Corporate solicitor who:
- Has 2+ years PQE within a corporate department
- Possesses experience handling a range of corporate transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and shareholder arrangements
- Can manage own caseload effectively, with a good track record of meeting deadlines and generating fee income
- Demonstrates excellent client care skills and professional integrity in line with the SRA Code
- Is a team player, eager to develop their skills and contribute to firm growth
- Ideally, has some experience with business development activities to build client relationships
