The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate and commercial solicitor to work alongside experienced corporate and commercial lawyers in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You'll advise a wide variety of clients on transactions and strategic matters, from contract negotiations and joint ventures to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructures.

With a broad mix of local, regional, and national clients, this role offers the chance to develop your technical skills while building strong professional relationships across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Supporting M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Providing clear, strategic legal advice to help clients achieve their business objectives.
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver an integrated service.

About You
You will be a motivated and commercially aware lawyer who:

• Has at least 2+ years' PQE in corporate or commercial law
• Can manage matters independently while working effectively as part of a team.
• Possesses excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Enjoys developing strong, long-term client relationships.
