Credit Hire Fee Earner | Liverpool | Hybrid Working
Are you an experienced Credit Hire Fee Earner looking to take the next step in your legal career? We are working with an excellent firm in Liverpool with a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking and growing legal team where your expertise will be valued, and your success will be supported.
You’ll be responsible for handling a full caseload of fast-track and multi-track Credit hire matters, including liability-disputed claims. You’ll build strong relationships with hire companies, provide regular updates, and negotiate settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
The Role:
- Managing litigated credit hire claims from start to finish.
- Handling liability-disputed cases with confidence.
- Ensuring compliance with court directions and procedural rules.
- Maintaining accurate records using case management systems.
- Negotiating settlements and progressing cases efficiently.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent results.
About you:
- Proven experience handling credit hire claims is essential.
- Strong knowledge of RTA litigation, CPR, MOJ, and Pre-Action Protocols.
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently.
- Commercially aware with a focus on KPIs and outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Experience with proclaim is advantageous.
