About the role
- Handle a full caseload of litigated credit hire claims, including liability-disputed matters.
- Manage claims from inception through to settlement, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
- Liaise with clients, hire companies, and third parties to negotiate favourable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate case records and progress files using case management systems.
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment focused on achieving KPIs and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience handling credit hire claims and RTAs.
- Strong understanding of CPR, MOJ, Pre-Action Protocols, and litigation procedures.
- Independently manage a diverse caseload with confidence and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-centred approach.
- Experience with Proclaim is advantageous but not essential.
