Looking for your next step in criminal law? We're working with a well-established regional law firm that is looking to recruit a Solicitor to join its Crime & Motoring team.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team handling a varied criminal defence caseload, with the chance to make a real difference to clients while developing your advocacy skills and building your experience across police station and court work.
The opportunity
- Manage a varied and busy caseload of criminal defence matters.
- Provide advice and representation to clients at the police station.
- Undertake court work and represent clients throughout criminal proceedings.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues while managing your own caseload and deadlines.
About you
- A qualified Solicitor with experience in criminal law.
- Confident managing a busy caseload and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organisational and advocacy skills.
- A genuine commitment to publicly funded work and providing effective representation to clients.
