About the role

This role involves managing and assisting on a demanding and diverse caseload of high-value, multi-track personal injury claims, including RTAs, Employers’ Liability, and Public Liability cases, with claim values up to £20 million. You’ll advise clients on liability and quantum, and skilfully handle settlement negotiations, ensuring client targets are met. You’ll also be instrumental in maintaining and strengthening client relationships through outstanding service and legal expertise, while staying abreast of legal developments relevant to catastrophic injury and insurance law.

The ideal candidate

  • Experienced solicitor with NQ+ PQE, specialising in defendant catastrophic injury cases
  • Proven track record in managing high-value multi-track claims, particularly RTAs, EL, and PL
  • Strong technical knowledge of personal injury law, liability, and quantum assessment
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Adept at building long-term client relationships with a professional and personable approach
  • Committed to delivering exceptional service and outcomes in a collaborative environment
