This role is ideal for a qualified solicitor with experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and contentious matters, looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Advising clients on commercial disputes, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and debt recovery
- Handling matters through negotiation, mediation, and court proceedings
- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Providing strategic, commercially focused legal advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively with a respected dispute resolution team
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate
- Experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, or contentious work
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure rules and litigation processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Experience within a law firm, legal practice, or private practice environment
