Dispute Resolution Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Manchester | Full Time | Permanent

Sacco Mann is working with a well-regarded and growing law firm in Manchester that is looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its busy and expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid litigation experience to handle a broad and high-quality caseload, with strong support, clear progression prospects, and real variety in the work.

The Role

You will work alongside experienced members of the Dispute Resolution team while managing your own caseload of matters across a wide range of disputes.

The work will include:

  • Contractual disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Neighbour and boundary disputes
  • Debt recovery and insolvency matters
  • Contentious probate, including Will challenges and Inheritance Act claims
  • Property litigation (residential and commercial), including possession and dilapidations
  • Employment matters, including tribunal claims and advisory work
  • Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your own caseload of dispute resolution matters
  • Handling new client enquiries and providing initial advice
  • Drafting legal documentation and progressing matters efficiently
  • Representing clients where appropriate and liaising with third parties
  • Supporting the Head of Department on more complex cases
  • Maintaining high standards of client care

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in dispute resolution / litigation
  • Experience across a broad range of contentious matters
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Candidates from a purely process-driven PI or RTA background will not be considered
