An established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its busy team in Newark.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, close-knit practice experiencing increased demand for its litigation services, with the chance to handle a varied caseload that includes higher-value and more complex matters.
The Role
Working alongside an experienced Partner and the wider litigation team, you will manage your own caseload, advise clients on a broad range of contentious matters and contribute to the continued development of the department.
The role is initially envisaged as part-time, with flexibility around the working pattern. Three to four days per week could be considered, alongside alternative arrangements that suit the right individual. Full-time applicants may also be considered.
About You

An experienced Litigation Fee Earner with the ability to manage files independently.

Broad civil litigation experience is preferred, although candidates with specific experience in contentious probate, employment and property litigation may also be of interest.

Comfortable handling complex matters and contributing to higher-value litigation work.

A confident communicator who can deliver a high standard of client care with minimal supervision.
