Our client, a well-recognised firm, is seeking a dedicated Education Solicitor to join their Public Secto team, with a minimum of 2PQE. The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and support on education law matters to public sector clients
- Managing a varied caseload independently while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, policies, and procedures
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and external parties
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of legal services within the department
What They're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE, specialising in Education or Public Sector law
- Demonstrated experience advising on education law matters within the public sector
- Knowledge of applicable legislation, policies, and procedures
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to work
