About the role
In this highly engaging position, you will serve as an EL/PL Supervisor, leading a team of fast-track handlers and assisting on multi-track EL/PL claims valued between £25k-£100k. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring and supervising team members to promote technical excellence and best practice
- Driving technical standards, legal compliance, and commercial efficiency
- Supporting client audits and delivering tailored training
- Maintaining your own mixed caseload of litigated EL/PL claims, fostering strong client relationships
- Contributing to strategic case management and embedding innovative practices like KYO
- Occasional client-facing engagements such as workshops and meetings

The ideal candidate
The successful applicant will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX with substantial EL/PL litigation experience
- Have managed a caseload of claims up to £100k, demonstrating litigation competence
- Possess supervisory experience, leading and motivating teams effectively
- Hold a financial authority of at least £25k
- Exemplify excellent advocacy, communication, and client care skills
- Be confident, proactive, and resilient with a positive outlook
- Show strong IT skills and the ability to prioritise workload efficiently
