About the role

As an EL/PL Multi-Track Team Leader, you will be instrumental in guiding the team through complex litigation while managing your own caseload of high-value claims. You will act as a technical expert, providing operational guidance and case management support, alongside engaging in business development and strategic planning. The role offers a balanced blend of leadership and hands-on legal work, with the flexibility of hybrid working from their offices in Manchester, with the option for remote work.

The ideal candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor admitted in England & Wales or a Chartered Legal Executive
  • Grade A solicitor with proven experience in multi-track EL/PL personal injury claims
  • Strong leadership or mentoring background, capable of guiding and supporting team members
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and case management skills
  • Ability to undertake business development activities and financial analysis
