This role would suit an established Employment Partner or an experienced senior employment solicitor ready to take the next step, with the commercial drive and relationship-building skills to grow a successful practice.

About the role

  • Lead and develop the employment law practice in Manchester.

  • Manage and grow a varied employment law caseload.

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.

  • Identify opportunities to expand the team and strengthen the firm’s employment offering.

  • Contribute to the wider strategy and continued growth of the practice.

  • Support and mentor colleagues as the team develops.

The ideal candidate

  • An established Employment Partner or senior employment solicitor with strong technical expertise.

  • A proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.

  • A commercial and entrepreneurial approach to practice growth.

  • Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
