Employment Senior Associate

Employment Solicitor | Legal 500 | Birmingham, West Midlands | Hybrid

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a thriving national team advising household-name businesses, public sector organisations and growing companies on the full spectrum of employment law.

Based in Birmingham, you'll become part of a collaborative national practice acting for employers across a broad range of sectors, including higher education, technology, financial services, logistics, retail and mobility. With a varied caseload, strong client relationships and genuine opportunities for progression, this is an ideal role for someone looking to build their profile within a leading Employment team.

The role

You'll advise employer clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, providing commercially focused advice across the full employment lifecycle.

Your work will include Employment Tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, restructures, redundancies, TUPE, employment contracts and policies, executive exits, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Alongside managing your own varied caseload, you'll work closely with experienced partners and colleagues across a national Employment, Immigration and Pensions practice on larger and more complex matters.

There will also be plenty of opportunity to develop client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, mentor junior lawyers and play an active role in the continued growth of the Birmingham team.
