The Role
As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll manage a diverse and engaging caseload across both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including:
- Employment tribunal claims and litigation
- Advising on employment contracts and policies
- Settlement agreements and exit strategies
- Disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy processes
- Discrimination and unfair dismissal matters
You’ll work closely with a varied client base, delivering commercial, pragmatic, and tailored legal advice, while building strong, long-term relationships.
About You
We’re keen to hear from candidates who are:
- A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience in employment law
- Confident handling employment tribunal cases and litigation
- Skilled in advising on contracts, HR matters, and settlement agreements
- Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
- Able to manage a busy caseload independently while contributing to a team
