Sacco Mann is proud to be working with a well-regarded law firm in Manchester that is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to step into a senior role within a growing department, with clear scope to progress and play a key part in the team’s ongoing development. The firm is continuing to invest in its Employment offering and is keen to bring in someone who can contribute both technically and commercially.
You’ll advise on a broad range of employment matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work. This will include tribunal claims, disciplinaries and grievances, redundancies, TUPE, and providing day-to-day HR advisory support to a diverse client base.
Alongside managing your own caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to support junior team members, build client relationships, and get involved in business development initiatives.
