Employment Associate / Senior Associate (1–8 PQE)
Location: London (City) Hybrid
Salary: £85,000 – £130,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A highly regarded, international law firm is seeking an Employment Associate / Senior Associate to join its leading disputes-focused employment team in London.
This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer to work on high-profile, complex contentious matters, with a particular emphasis on High Court litigation and arbitration.
The Role
You will work as part of a top-tier employment practice advising a broad client base, including multinational organisations, high-growth businesses, and senior executives.
The role will have a strong contentious focus, including:
- High Court employment litigation
- Arbitration and complex dispute resolution
- Restrictive covenant and team move disputes
- Injunctions and confidential information claims
- High-value breach of contract claims
Alongside this, you will gain exposure to wider employment advisory work, including strategic HR issues, transactional support, and complex contractual arrangements.
The Candidate
You will:
- Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1–8 years’ PQE
- Have solid experience in High Court employment litigation and/or arbitration
- Be confident handling complex, high-value disputes
- Demonstrate strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills
- Be commercially minded, proactive, and collaborative
Experience advising senior executives or exposure to financial services/regulatory matters would be advantageous but is not essential.
