About the Role
- Manage a varied caseload of respondent employment matters, supporting household-name clients and entrepreneurial companies
- Handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Contribute to the continued growth of the practice, supporting junior team members, and participating in business development activities
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
- Enjoy flexibility with hybrid working arrangements, combining office-based and remote work to suit your needs
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 3 years PQE (no maximum level) in employment law, with respondent experience essential
- Confidently manages a range of employment disputes and client relationships
- Ambitious, committed to progress, and keen to develop expertise further, with the potential for growth up to partner level depending on your business case
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client service and team collaboration
