Within this Employment Solicitor role, you will be providing high-quality employment law advice on a mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
- Employer Rights
- Redundancy
- Tribunals
- Disciplinaries and grievances
- Discrimination
- Breach of contract
- Pay and wage issues
About You
Our client is seeking a confident, experienced Employment Solicitor with a strong track record of handling a varied caseload. Candidates with at least 4 years' PQE, particularly those with a solid background in employment law, are encouraged to apply.
A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
