The role
You’ll be joining a growing Employment team in Birmingham, handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work.
The work includes advising clients on strategic employment issues, managing tribunal claims, drafting contracts and policies, supporting on transactional matters and handling day-to-day advisory work.
You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in business development activities, including seminars, thought leadership and client events, while building strong long-term client relationships.
The team works closely across offices, giving you exposure to a wide range of expertise and high-quality work.
What they’re looking for
- 1–5 years’ PQE with employment law experience
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Good commercial awareness and practical approach
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing ability
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Proactive and collaborative mindset
- Interest in developing sector expertise and contributing to business development
