Our client is currently seeking an Employment Solicitor who is able to confidently advise a wide variety of Employment clients within the retail, health, logistics and insurance sectors.
About the role
Within this Employment Solicitor, your day-to-day duties include:
- Running your own complex caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent client service
- Taking part in Business Development Opportunities
About You
The successful candidate for this Employment Solicitor role will ideally have 3-5 years PQE, are confident in their own ability, are an enthusiastic team player and are able to really hit the ground running.
