About the role

This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues on an intriguing caseload, primarily handling executive exits, claimant litigation, and assisting the Commercial team, under the supervision of a Partner. The role is ideal for Solicitors with around five or more years of PQE or relevant employment experience, including knowledge of tribunal processes and litigation. The organisation promotes development, recognises hard work, and provides a platform for career progression in employment law — with a strong focus on quality legal work and excellent service standards.

The ideal candidate

The successful candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and confident in handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You should have a professional yet personable approach, with excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Experience advising employers, tribunal proceedings, or respondent litigation will be advantageous. A flexible, proactive mindset, coupled with a 'can do' attitude, will help you thrive in this busy legal environment. You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to providing first-class legal support and client service.
