About the role

  • Position: Employment Solicitor
  • Practice Area: Employment Law (with prospects to gain exposure to supporting the Corporate team)
  • Location: Leeds (hybrid working - 3 days from home, 2 days in office)
  • Full-time role with flexible, accommodating hours and achievable billing targets
  • The role offers an engaging and varied caseload, providing opportunities to develop expertise in employment law as part of a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate

  • Legally qualified solicitor with relevant experience in employment law (suitable for an individual around 3+ years PQE)
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage a diverse caseload effectively
