About the role
Within this role, you will be working on your own mixed caseload of matters including:
- Contracts of employment
- Employee rights
- Dismissals
- TUPE
- Discrimination matters
About you
- 1-4 years PQE within Employment law however, an exceptional NQ would be considered who has ample experience in Employment Law and has completed a seat in this area
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate effectively with your clients
- Team player and feels ready to hit the ground running
