Employment Solicitor | 4-8 PQE | Birmingham | Hybrid

Acting for a broad client base of businesses and individuals, you'll handle a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters while working alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role

You'll advise clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, restructures, TUPE, settlement agreements and day-to-day HR queries.

You'll also support on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, draft contracts and workplace policies, and provide commercially focused advice tailored to clients' individual needs.

As a senior member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to build long-term client relationships, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives as the department continues to expand.

  • 4–10 years' PQE with solid employment law experience
  • Strong background across both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload and client relationships
