An established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its team.
This is a varied role with a particular focus on executive exits and employment litigation, predominantly acting on claimant matters. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside the firm's Company and Commercial team, under the supervision of an experienced Partner.
The role
You will manage your own employment law matters, with work including executive exits and Employment Tribunal litigation. Previous respondent-side litigation experience or experience advising employers on non-contentious employment matters would be particularly advantageous.
The firm is looking for someone around 5 years' PQE or above, although relevant experience will be considered. You should have a strong understanding of the Employment Tribunal process and be confident presenting and arguing matters both orally and in writing.

The role offers hybrid working following probation, with a mix of two/three days in the office and two/three days working from home.
