About the role

You will be joining a busy and reputable legal team as an Employment Solicitor, based in Leeds with hybrid working options. This role offers exposure to an interesting array of Employment cases, supporting clients across a broad spectrum of issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, and whistleblowing. You will have the chance to develop your technical skills further, working both autonomously and collaboratively to deliver exceptional legal advice and support.

The successful candidate will work across all employment disciplines within a legal environment that values professionalism and client care. You will have the opportunity to support complex cases, work with insurers on claims, and supervise junior team members, all within a supportive setting designed for your growth and progression.

This position is able to offer a range of salaries as the client has flexibility as to the level of skills and PQE required.  The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will reflect their specific experience, skills, and level of PQE.

The ideal candidate

The perfect applicant will be a qualified Solicitor or equivalent with demonstrated experience in Employment law. You will have a proven track record of managing a varied caseload within a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, digital literacy—including case management systems, and a proactive approach are essential.
