About the role

This role is ideal for a talented Employment Solicitor (4+ PQE) with strogn expeience, looking to work as part of a national team and provide advice on complex employment issues, manage high-profile litigation, and support transactional and advisory work.  This position offers an incredibly flexible hybrid policy, and although your office would be in Leeds, you a free to work from home or the office at will which means you don't need to be within a commutable distance every week. 

The ideal candidate

  • 4+ PQE in employment law
  • Strong litigation or advocacy background, capable of managing complex cases independently
  • Experience advising on TUPE, restructures, redundancies, and employment policies
  • Excellent client management and business development skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
