About the role

In this position, you will:

  • Provide expert employment law advice on day-to-day issues and complex matters, with a focus on respondent employment work.
  • Work closely with HR teams and leadership to deliver trusted advice and solutions.
  • Lead casework and client relationships with a degree of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Option to represent clients at Employment Tribunals and potentially in higher courts, depending on case complexity.
  • Support business development initiatives to help grow the team’s client portfolio.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with:

  • Between 3-8 years PQE, with a solid grounding in employment law.
  • Experience advising employer clients.
  • Excellent client relationship skills paired with a commercially aware approach.
  • Strong team player, supportive and motivated to contribute to team growth.
