About the role
This permanent Employment Solicitor position involves acting on a broad spectrum of employment law issues, including employment tribunal claims, advising on contracts and policies, TUPE, redundancies, and restrictive covenants. You will represent both employees and employers, offering strategic advice and contributing to the ongoing development of the employment team.
The role also includes business development responsibilities and mentoring junior colleagues, providing a well-rounded opportunity to grow your expertise within a forward-thinking organisation.
The ideal candidate
- Minimum 3 years PQE in Employment Law, with substantial tribunal experience
- Confident in managing complex litigation independently
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in advising both employers and employees (desirable)
A proactive approach to business development and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives
