About the role
This senior employment lawyer position offers the chance to work on complex, high-profile cases including respondent employment advice, tribunal litigation, investigations, and corporate support. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Manage a broad client base including national and international clients
- Lead and supervise junior lawyers
- Contribute to business development and practice growth
- Develop expertise in a variety of employment law areas, from strategic advice to contentious matters and corporate support
- Enjoy a flexible hybrid working pattern with no fixed office attendance requirements
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years PQE in employment law, with solid respondent-side experience
- Confident in managing their own caseload and supervising junior colleagues
- A proactive, entrepreneurial-minded individual keen to develop their practice and contribute to team growth
- Open to senior professionals contemplating a step back from partnership but eager to influence, lead and / or simply focus on client delivery and handling high quality legal work
