About the role
This position involves managing a diverse employment law caseload, covering contentious and non-contentious matters for a wide range of clients, including SMEs, OMBs, and listed companies. Your responsibilities will include advising on restructuring, redundancy exercises, employment disputes, data protection compliance, and more. You will also be involved in business development efforts, supported by the firm’s award-winning marketing team, and work collaboratively with other practice areas such as corporate and commercial, litigation, and property.
The ideal candidate
- 4+ years PQE in employment law with proven ability to work independently
- Experience handling a broad spectrum of employment matters, from tribunal work to strategic advisory projects
- Strong communication skills, with a proactive approach to business development
