Employment |  6+ Years PQE + or Equivalent | Predominantly Remote Working from your home in the North West, office attendance 1-2 times a month in Leeds

About the Role

This is a permanent employment solicitor position based remotely with a requirement to visit the Leeds office once or twice a month.  You will ideally live in the North West area as there will be the requirement to visit clients on site in the North West region. 

You will:

  • Manage your own caseload advising and representing trade union and private clients
  • Work across various sectors including transport, education, health, and public services
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives
  • Benefit from ongoing training designed to support your legal expertise and career development

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Qualification as a solicitor with 6+ years PQE or comparable experience in employment law
  • Experience working with trade unions or similar clients (union experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with clients at all levels effectively
  • A proactive approach to client care and legal excellence
