About the role
This full-time Employment Solicitor role involves handling a full spectrum of employment law matters, with particular expertise in settlement agreements. You will draft and review legal documents, provide strategic advice, and represent clients at tribunals and mediations.
The ideal candidate
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with current employment law experience
- Proven ability to draft settlement agreements and advise on employment rights
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, including experience with claimant and respondent matters
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach
- Open to Solicitors at NQ level up to 3 years PQE
- Organised and capable of managing caseloads independently
