Are you a Newly Qualified or Junior Solicitor looking to develop your career within Employment Law? A well-regarded law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join their respected Employment team in Shrewsbury.

Job Role
Working within the firm's highly regarded Employment team, you will support the team on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, as well as managing your own caseload. The role involves working with both respondent and claimant clients and offers excellent opportunities to further develop your technical and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a full range of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious
- Handling matters including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE, contracts and policies, and Employment Tribunal claims
- Supporting the team on complex matters
- Managing a caseload of varied employment work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Attending networking and business development events
Job Requirements
- Newly Qualified or up to 3 years PQE with employment law experience
- Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
- Willingness to participate in business development activities
