Intro and overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a well-established team in Leeds on a permanent, part-time basis, ideally 3 days a week.

This role would suit a solicitor with a strong background in Employment law who is looking for greater flexibility without compromising on the quality of their work or professional development. The firm has a supportive approach to working arrangements, with flexibility around start and finish times.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of Employment matters from inception through to resolution.
  • Provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients on a range of employment issues.
  • Handle matters independently while working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
  • Keep up to date with developments in Employment law and ensure advice remains accurate and practical.
  • Contribute to the continued development of the Employment offering and wider team.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience practising in Employment law.
  • A solid understanding of Employment legislation and the ability to apply it effectively in practice.
  • Strong client care and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Someone seeking a long-term, part-time opportunity within a supportive working environment.
