Enforcement Solicitor – The Role
As an Enforcement Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of housing and tenant-related matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
The role will involve:
- Managing a caseload of housing litigation and enforcement matters
- Advising tenants on their legal rights and available remedies
- Dealing with housing disrepair claims and enforcement action
- Representing clients and progressing cases effectively
- Liaising with landlords, housing associations and other relevant parties
- Providing clear, practical and client-focused legal advice
- Ensuring cases are managed efficiently and in line with relevant procedures
- Working as part of a supportive and collaborative Housing Litigation team
About You
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Housing Law
- Housing Disrepair
- Housing Litigation
- Tenant Litigation
- Housing Enforcement
- Civil Litigation with a strong interest in Housing Law
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a strong focus on client care and the ability to manage your own caseload.
