This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a well-established and ambitious regional firm as a Family Partner.
Based in the Black Country, you'll play a key role in leading and growing a successful private family practice with an excellent reputation in the local market. The firm has a strong pipeline of high-quality privately funded work and is looking for someone who enjoys building lasting client relationships, mentoring colleagues and helping to shape the future of the department.

The role
You'll advise clients on a broad range of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, pre and post-nuptial agreements and wider relationship issues.
Alongside managing your own high-quality caseload, you'll work closely with the firm's leadership team to develop the department, strengthen existing client relationships and continue growing the firm's presence across the Black Country.
The role also offers the opportunity to mentor and support junior lawyers, contribute to business development initiatives and play an active part in the strategic direction of the Family team.
