The Role
As a Family Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
- Matrimonial disputes
- Child arrangements issues
- Cohabitation and relationship breakdown matters
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
You will manage files from instruction through to completion while delivering practical, sensitive, and commercially focused advice to clients during what can often be challenging circumstances.
About You
To be considered for this Family Solicitor opportunity, you will ideally have:
- Qualified Solicitor status with experience in family and matrimonial law
- The ability to independently manage a varied caseload
- Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- A professional and empathetic approach to client relationships
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
