Family Solicitor – Bishop Auckland

Looking for your next step in family law? We’re working with a well-established high-street law firm in Bishop Auckland that is looking to appoint a confident and motivated Family Solicitor to join its friendly, long-standing team.
This is an opportunity to manage your own varied private family caseload, build strong relationships with local clients and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.
The opportunity
- Manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including divorce, separation and financial remedy.
- Handle private children matters, child arrangements and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
- Provide advice and support to clients throughout their family law matters.
- Build relationships locally and contribute to the growth of the family department.
About you
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year's relevant PQE.
- Experience handling a family caseload with a good degree of independence.
- A background in private family law, although legal aid experience will also be considered.
