This role is tailored for a dedicated professional with approximately 3 years PQE, who possesses a solid background in matrimonial law and financial remedy cases.
 

The Role

The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing a varied caseload, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring exceptional client service. The role demands a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team. You will be responsible for advising clients on financial settlements, drafting court documentation, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings, all within a dynamic and client-focused environment.

 

What They're Looking For

  • Approximately 3 years PQE with experience in matrimonial law and financial remedy cases
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial settlements, court procedures, and relevant legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
  • Proven ability to manage caseloads efficiently and work under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of independence
