About the role
You will support a Senior Paralegal with a range of formalities and administrative tasks, including data audits, portfolio reviews, UPC opt-outs, and maintaining data integrity across internal and client systems (e.g. Anaqua). Responsibilities also include managing client inboxes, handling communications, updating records, supporting renewals processes, and assisting with client reporting and filings.
The role involves coordinating client meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You will also assist with document management, system uploads, and provide general support to the wider paralegal team, including ad hoc administrative tasks.
About you
You will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. A good understanding of the Microsoft Office package is also required.
Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn are essential for this position, and you should be personable, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
